Casino Content Creator Certification (“C4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the C4 application, screening, training, examination, and credential-verification services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
Information we collect
- Contact and account information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and login information.
- Application and professional information, including creator or business names, social channels, audience information, planned filming locations and states, work history, and eligibility responses.
- Identity and compliance documents, including photographs, government-issued identification, insurance records, agreements, and signatures.
- Training and assessment information, including enrollment, progress, examination scores, attempts, completion records, and certificates.
- Screening information, including invitations, authorization status, report status, permitted report information, disputes, and review decisions.
- Credential information, including credential number, status, issue and expiration dates, approved channels, authorized people, and property-specific authorizations.
- Transaction information. Payment processors handle payment-card details; C4 generally receives transaction identifiers, payment status, and limited billing information rather than complete card numbers.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, cookies, security logs, and website activity.
How we use information
We use information to review applications; verify identity, eligibility, insurance, and authorization; administer payments, training, examinations, credentials, renewals, and support; communicate with applicants and credential holders; prevent fraud and protect safety; comply with law; improve C4’s certification services; and enforce C4 policies and agreements.
Public credential records
If a credential is issued, C4 may publicly display the creator or organization name, approved photograph, credential number, credential status, issue and expiration dates, approved channels, authorized people, approved filming states, and property-specific authorizations or limitations. Government identification numbers and images, private contact information, insurance documents, signatures, examination responses, and payment details are not intended for public display.
Background screening and consumer reports
After preliminary qualification, each participant separately receives required disclosures and authorizes screening through C4’s approved screening provider. C4 may receive report status and other permitted report information for eligibility review. Screening information is private and is not included in the public credential record. When applicable, C4 will provide legally required notices and dispute information before or after a decision based in whole or in part on a consumer report.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to vendors that help provide hosting, email, forms, learning management, payments, automation, security, analytics, and customer support; to casinos or properties when necessary to verify a credential or authorization; to professional advisers; or when required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or complete a business transaction. Vendors may use information only to provide services to C4 under their applicable agreements.
C4 does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose sensitive application documents publicly.
Retention
- Incomplete applications may be deleted after 90 days.
- Government-identification images are scheduled for deletion within 90 days after identity review is completed, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for fraud, dispute, or legal purposes.
- Superseded insurance documents may be retained for one year.
- Completed applications, agreements, training and examination records, credential history, and transaction records may be retained for seven years after the relationship ends, or longer when required by law or reasonably necessary for a dispute, audit, or security matter.
- Public credential-status history may be retained as needed to prevent misrepresentation and confirm whether a credential was active, expired, suspended, or revoked.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify an individual.
This retention schedule applies to copies controlled by C4. Service providers may retain information for different periods when required by law or their applicable agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Applicants should not send sensitive documents through ordinary email unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, account sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and payment or form functionality. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, but some features may not work correctly.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a denied request. To submit a request, use our contact form. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Age requirement
C4 certification services are intended only for people age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect application information from anyone under 21. Contact us if you believe a person under 21 submitted information.

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your location.
