C4 is an independent certification and credentialing service for professional casino content creators. Each participant is screened and trained for the states, activities, properties, and compensation arrangements included in the application.
Every person completes their own authorization and initial background check plus a social media screening report and review. Creators pay the $329 initial screening fee. C4 approves the required screening before education access.
Training is assigned from the states, activities—casino gaming or sports wagering—and compensation model selected in the application. Additional state-specific education or review may be required.
Participants learn to present gambling as entertainment, avoid promises of winnings, use required disclosures, and follow responsible-gaming standards.
Creators apply and pay for initial screening. After C4 clearance, your casino chooses whom to sponsor and their required C4, state or tribal, casino, and property education, plus ongoing certification under the written sponsorship scope. Your team retains control of property approval and each filming request.
Apply and complete screening. Submit your free application. After preliminary qualification, each creator pays $329 for the background check and social-media review.
Train and prepare. Once cleared, complete the required education and assessments, and submit your brand’s insurance proof. Casino-sponsored creators receive funded training; independent creators remain self-funded.
Get certified and stay current. After final approval, receive your six-month credential tied to you and your brand. C4 conducts monthly social-media reviews, six-month recertification and annual background rescreening.
Casino approval and permission for each filming session remain separate.
